UMLAUF Sculpture Garden + Museum

The UMLAUF's vision is to become the epicenter of Austin's cultural arts scene and provide enriching programs throughout our community.
PROGRAMS:
FIELDTRIPS
The UMLAUF Sculpture Garden + Museum offers personalized private tours for schools, nonprofits, community groups, and more. These docent-led experiences provide an in-depth look at the life and work of Charles Umlauf and the unique connection between art and nature in our serene garden setting.
We proudly offer free tours for all Austin Independent School District (AISD) schools as part of our commitment to accessible arts education. Each tour is designed with your group’s interests and age group in mind, encouraging conversation, reflection, and engagement with the art.

FAMILY DAY
Family Day is our monthly free admission day, designed for families and friends to explore and create. On the second Sunday of each month, we feature sculpture searches, art-making activities, performances, goods from local vendors, and more.
SCULPTURE GARDEN STORYTIME
Sculpture Garden Storytime introduces young audiences to the sculpture garden and helps them to understand what makes the UMLAUF so special! Join us on the third Saturday of every month at 12:30 pm, where a docent will read a storybook before a small related exploration activity in the garden.
